Byron Bay Property Scam Fires or Not??

TWO beachfront mansions owned by prominent property industry identities and collectively worth more than $10 million, have been “totally destroyed” by an unexplained fire in the northern NSW resort centre of Byron Bay.
Investigators are trying to identify the cause of the blaze, which claimed the prestige holiday homes owned by Gold Coast property marketeer Dudley Quinlivan and Sydney property developer Terry Agnew’s GKI Land Pty Ltd.
The houses, which were both unoccupied at the time, are situated in the exclusive Byron Bay enclave of Watego Beach, which is known for its wealthy homeowners and celebrities looking for a discreet place to holiday.

Jack’s Union has been steadily gaining a local following, and it’s no surprise when you hear their music. As headline act for rock night you can expect them to serve up a sizzling show.
DJ Kwame keeps things hot between the acts, making for a solid main course of rock.

The residents of Byron Shire have given Jan Barham a massive vote of confidence in electing her for a second term as mayor.
When the counting of primary votes ended on Saturday night she had won in all the booths across the Shire for an overall total of 6,412 votes – a remarkable 50% of the formal votes counted.
Her closest rival, Cr Ross Tucker, who lost the 2004 mayoral election by a whisker, could manage only 28% – 3,559 votes.
